Warranties

As predominantly retailers we adhere to the brand owners' warranties and they are all different. So [please check the brand website for their warranty details. For our own products (carbon fibre predominantly), we offer a no-quibble 30 day warranty, from the date of purchase, against manufacturing and material defects. If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us at seandsbikeparts@gmail.com and we will be pleased to assist you.

 

Please inspect your order carefully when it arrives and notify us of any issues as soon as possible. Remember to include photographs that clearly illustrate the problem.

We will cover all costs associated with returning the item to us, and provide you with a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.
