Sigutech is by far the most popular option in Germany when replacing KTM clutch slave cylinders.

Sigutech uses multiple seals on the piston, and uniquely, if you choose the DOT fluid version, you will receive a piston whose primary seal is manufactured specifically for this kind of fluid. The pic below shows the piston for the V twin KTM engines. The primary seal is green, specific to DOT brake fluid. Mineral oil versions receive 3 identical black seals.
